Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter for Variety Care and NorthCare, this position manages the full-cycle recruitment process; sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities for positions across the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires from first contact through onboarding. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership, this role serves as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices and talent acquisition strategy, while delivering exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and testing applicants to fill vacant roles.
- Presents candidates with clear, detailed information about Variety Care and NorthCare's organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and role responsibilities and expectations.
- Partners with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Maintains accurate and complete records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisitions, candidate files, and compliance documentation.
- Assists hiring managers with ATS navigation and interview workflow processes, escalating complex training needs as appropriate.
- Manages the offer process, including candidate communication, reference checks, background and education verification, and post-offer contingencies.
- Uses the Paycom system to design and post job advertisements for requisitions submitted by hiring managers across various job boards and platforms.
- Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and meetings as directed. Promotes Variety Care/NorthCare as the employer of choice at these events.
- Communicates effectively with hiring managers and staff to support recruiting-related projects and initiatives, building working relationships that support Variety Care and NorthCare's strategic goals.

Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and three (3) years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency recruiting environment
- Five (5) year of full-cycle recruitment experience in lieu of degree
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, pipeline tools, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to travel to health centers and events as needed

- Expert typing and computer application skills
- Strong sense of urgency in daily tasks

Preferred Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge:
- Health care recruiting experience
- Paycom ATS experience
- AIRS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
