Job Title: Recruiter
Pay: $25-30/hr
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM flexible hours

As a Recruiter, you'll lead all recruiting efforts for a variety of sales roles across the company. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, reaching out to candidates, conducting phone screens, and guiding them through the hiring process. What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for

• Managing 2-4 requisitions, primarily for sales positions, throughout the company.
• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and posting job openings.
• Conducting phone screens to assess candidate skills and fit.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and next steps.
• Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to candidate handoff.
• Maintaining organized applicant tracking and communication.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably recruiting for technical sales roles.
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Excellent communication.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple requisitions.
