Job Title: Recruiter
Pay: $33 - $34 per hour
Hours: Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (limit this to just the weekday and hours)

As a Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, working closely with hiring managers across various nonprofit departments. Your efforts will directly impact the organizations success by bringing in passionate, qualified candidates who share their mission.
What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for
Managing the entire full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Attending recruitment meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and priorities.
Partnering with hiring managers across Therapy, Housing, and other nonprofit programs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams.
Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and tracking recruitment activity.
Providing regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress to hiring managers.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and departmental needs.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for nonprofit, healthcare therapists, housing departments, or related organizations is preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate directly with hiring managers.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Capability to manage multiple open positions and priorities effectively.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
