Recruiter / Account Manager

CFS is hiring a full-desk Executive Recruiter to join our team in Sandy Springs!

This sales role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top accounting and finance talent; “match making” professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with accounting, finance, and HR decision makers.

The ideal fit for this role:

• 
  
• 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting with a proven track record of success OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience
• 
  
• Enjoys sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal—and wants to sell and make money
• 
  
• Likes to manage her/his/their work like it is her/his/their own business
• 
  
• Ability to communicate at all levels confidently and effectively in an organization
• 
  
• Good at connecting on social media, but even better connecting by phone and face to face (including video chat)
•

• Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + bonus. Average year 1 OTE $70,000 - $100,000. Year 2 and beyond $75,000 - 100,000+.
