A day as a Recruiter/Account Manager might look like the following:
- Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
- You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
- Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
- Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
- Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
- As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!
Requirements:
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Take ownership of clients, selling to clients during conversations
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
