Responsibilities-   Recruiter/Account Specialist 

• Provide client support via phone calls, emails, and face to face interactions
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for effective employee recruitment
• Onboard and train new employees through customized training and onboarding orientations
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Accurately maintain employee files and documentation 
• Make outbound cold and warm calls for business development
• Conduct on site visits and business development activities
• Source from various platforms.  
• Develop ongoing pool of candidates 

Qualifications- Recruiter/Account Specialist 

• Excellent customer service skills w/ sales oriented mentality
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, recruitment, or related industry
• Valid driver's license and must have own transportation for off site visits 
• Preferred knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service
• Highly responsible and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must submit to a series of pre employment screenings
