Delta Dallas has partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare organization to identify a top Healthcare Recruiter to join their team!  If you are looking for an organization that prides themselves on a great culture, family feel environment and a company that has a proven track record of talent development/succession planning for their employees' growth within their organization, this is the organization for you! 

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Ability to work onsite (no remote option)
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting in a clinical and/or hospital environment (required)
• Proven success in sourcing, screening and hiring in the areas of revenue cycle, credentialing, enrollment, etc. as well as managing corporate roles such as accounting/finance, HR, administrative, marketing, legal, etc.
• Experience creating recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers about hiring needs, analyzing the need, creating recruiting reports for tracking, etc.
• Success in managing ATS systems with Paycom a huge preference
• MUST have a proven track record in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, specifically in the revenue cycle space
• Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and internal staff
• A collaborator, engager, driver and influencer is the best characteristic fit for this healthcare company
