Pay Range: $44/hr $47/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and proactive sourcing and a proven ability to advise business leaders, engage passive talent, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across experienced talent segments.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Source and network to attract passive candidates and build robust pipelines.
• Advise business leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and recruiting strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships and guide them through approvals, offer, and onboarding activities.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep complex hiring processes moving forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strategic business acumen and the ability to serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Strong communication and relationship management with consistent expectation setting.
• Execution and resilience to manage competing priorities and complex recruiting processes.
• Proactive candidate engagement and stakeholder management through follow-up and relationship building.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and stakeholder management capability.
• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for experienced or niche roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience advising senior stakeholders with data-driven market insights.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, CRM/ATS platforms, and talent market research.

Work Schedule:

Standard business hours. No expected work outside normal hours.
