About the Company and Opportunity:

Our client is a non-profit in DC/VA who is one of the oldest non-profits in the area!
Due to a leave, the client is looking to bring on a Recruiter to work hybrid in Alexandria, VA.
This role is hybrid (4 days in, 1 day remote)
Pay: $28-$33/hr
Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Overview of the Recruiter role:

Oversee all functions and operations of recruiting
- Recruiting for direct service providers ie. CNAs
Post AD's to attract quality candidates for different level positions
Interview and screen all qualified candidates
Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding staff
Focus on retention by offering employee feedback and employee review processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Recruiter:

2+ years of recruiting experience
Non-profit recruiting is a plus
Experience with Paycom is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
