Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allendale that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top-tier talent for various manufacturing roles, from shop floor to management.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment expertise.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages and extend offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Recommended Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level production to skilled trades and management
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar.
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other relevant languages for a diverse workforce.
