Pay: $20.39 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm

Recruiter Job Description:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for sales and property-based roles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community partnerships, workforce programs, and college recruiting initiatives
• Review resumes and applications using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide the recruitment process
• Perform reference checks and initiate background screenings
• Prepare and extend offer letters
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate pipeline reports
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
• Utilize social media and recruiting tools to attract candidates
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience required
• Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Willingness to travel as needed
