Recruiter Job Description:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for sales and property-based roles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community partnerships, workforce programs, and college recruiting initiatives
- Review resumes and applications using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide the recruitment process
- Perform reference checks and initiate background screenings
- Prepare and extend offer letters
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate pipeline reports
- Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
- Utilize social media and recruiting tools to attract candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience required
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Willingness to travel as needed
