ISP Talent Acquisition Specialist (Academic)
Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role involves collaborating with marketing on recruitment campaigns, directly sourcing and screening candidates and managing agency relationships. It also includes tracking hiring progress, preparing reports, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices. Additionally, the role requires supporting strategic talent acquisition projects, leveraging data insights, and aligning recruitment efforts across regions to optimise hiring outcomes and drive the organisations Referral Programme.

Pay Range: We anticipate the salary range to be up to $100,000. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
