This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for electrical and low voltage positions, as well as coordinating hiring and onboarding processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs. The role involves regular communication with project managers and contractors, negotiating placement details, and tracking assignment progress to ensure client satisfaction. The Recruiter and Account Manager also updates and maintains accurate records in applicant tracking and customer relationship systems while collaborating with the internal team to meet staffing goals.\n Qualifications \n

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in construction, electrical, or low voltage industries.

Client relationship management skills, including account management, customer service, and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates and clients at all levels.
\n
Organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple openings, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
\n
Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
\n
Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, with a professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
\n
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, staffing, or project coordination is a strong plus.
