Compensation:
• Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
• Weekly Bonus Incentives based on successful placements

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for full-cycle Talent Acquisition and recruiting support for assigned clients. The Staffing & Hiring Specialist will help source, recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates to support both short-term and long-term staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified candidates using online platforms and recruiting tools
• Conduct phone pre-screen interviews using company interview templates and skill assessments
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews
• Maintain and update candidate prospect lists and recruiting pipelines
• Screen walk-in applicants and assist with onboarding processes
• Develop new recruiting strategies to attract and retain talent
• Support hiring events and job fairs as needed
• Communicate professionally with applicants, employees, and management teams
• Assist with staffing needs for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing clients
Qualifications:
• Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and online sourcing skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
