HTI is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization in the manufacturing / corporate talent acquisition space. This position is a contract role with the opportunity for direct hire. What You Need:

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting strongly preferred)
• Strong fundamentals in:
  • Resume review and candidate qualification
  • Phone screening and prescreening
  • Compliant interviewing practices and basic recruiting compliance knowledge
• ATS experience (Workday preferred) and comfort working in recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
• Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and ability to “sell” opportunities appropriately
• Self-starter mindset; able to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities

*Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship*What Your Role Will Look Like as Contract Recruiter:

• Manage approximately 10–15 active, high-volume requisitions
• Recruit primarily for customer service and lab technician openings (and related roles as needed)
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and complete candidate prescreens
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and logistics (including travel when applicable)
• Initiate and track background check / screening requests per process
• Maintain accurate recruiting trackers and pipeline documentation
• Support senior recruiters by taking on administrative recruiting tasks
• Partner closely with the hiring manager and participate in structured recruiting updates/meetings
• Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant and professionally delivered
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process
• Demonstrate growth potential to take on more complex recruiting assignments over time
