Working Style: Primarily In-Office | Flexibility Available After Onboarding (Hybrid scheduling, up to 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a high-energy, sales-minded Recruiter to join our growing boutique search firm specializing in the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiting professional to step into an established niche market with strong industry relationships, high-impact searches, and the ability to directly influence your success and career growth (this role has uncapped earning potential).

We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge and momentum of agency recruiting; someone energized by connecting with people, developing strong relationships, identifying top talent, and successfully closing searches. If you are competitive, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and excited by building a thriving recruitment desk, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or full-desk recruiting environment
• Proven success operating in a metrics-driven, performance-focused, or commission-oriented role
• Confidence in developing candidate relationships
• Strong ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close opportunities with both clients and candidates
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong personal accountability
• Ability to manage urgency, multiple priorities, and active recruitment pipelines simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Professional presence and confidence in representing yourself and the company externally
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms preferred
• Interest in the Architecture & Design industry is highly desirable but not required
