Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Source, recruit, and hire professionals for Go-to-market solution engineering and customer success groups.
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner throughout the recruiting process.
  • Engage in proactive networking, cold-calling, and exploring passive candidate networks.
  • Partner with other departments such as Finance and Legal to drive the recruiting process through onboarding.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of recruiting experience, either in an agency or in-house.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
  • Familiarity with technology markets.
  • Ability to articulate the company's value proposition and story to candidates.
  • Experience in cold-calling and building relationships by phone.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to deliver on all deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.
 
Skills:
  • Experience recruiting for a growing technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace technologies (Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Experience with hiring transition servicemembers or military personnel is preferred.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
