We are partnering with a growing organization to find an experienced High Volume Recruiter to join their team in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding while supporting aggressive hiring goals.

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire / Direct Hire

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the pre-employment process through start date
  • Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines
  • Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience extending offers and managing onboarding processes
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a fast-paced environment
