Summary
The Recruiter is partnering with Overwatch Mission Critical, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) certified through the National Veteran Business Development Council (NVBDC), to identify a high-impact Recruiter with deep experience supporting mission-critical and construction environments.

This role is ideal for a results-driven agency recruiter who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and brings hands-on experience recruiting for general contractors, MEP trades, and mission-critical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for construction engineering and project-based roles nationwide • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for electrical, mechanical, and MEP trades, as well as professional construction roles • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and niche industry networks • Conduct resume reviews and interviews to assess technical alignment, site readiness, and project fit • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and project timelines • Execute targeted recruitment campaigns to support project-specific staffing demands • Manage offer development and negotiation in collaboration with leadership • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines within the ATS, ensuring compliance and attention to detail
