What you'll do:
  • Find Great People
    • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates across all FMI roles — job boards, social media, campus visits, career fairs, and everything in between.
    • Build real relationships with colleges and trade schools to develop a consistent talent pipeline.
    • Be the face of Freedom Motors at recruiting events and job fairs.
  • Candidate Experience & Selection
    • Manage the full candidate journey with timely, professional communication at every stage.
    • Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and see who's a great fit for our team.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and get the right people in the door fast.
  • Get People Started
    • Put together offer letters and walk candidates through the hiring finish line;
    • Handle background checks, references, and other pre-employment steps;
    • Help new hires feel welcome from day one.
  • Stay Compliant
    • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Ensure HR files and records comply with applicable laws and company policies.
    • Serve as a resource for HR-related questions, routing inquiries to the right people as needed.
  • Spread The Word
    • Be an ambassador for what makes Freedom Motors USA a great place to work.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (agency or in-house). Technical, niche industry, and/or C-suite level recruiting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable when juggling a dozen open reqs.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruiting best practices.
  • A strong belief in what we're building here at Freedom Motors USA.
