You'll be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

In this role, you'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both salaried and hourly positions, partnering with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. Success in this role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to quickly understand business needs, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Who You Are:

You are a Talent Acquisition professional with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a seamless candidate experience. You are proactive, resourceful, and passionate about finding the right people to help our organization grow.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while optimizing time to fill and meeting hiring goals.
  • Work together with our Recruitment & HR Specialist Lead.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive candidates ensuring access to top talent across all departments and business verticals.
  • Advise hiring manager on recruitment best practice, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques and assessments to drive hiring decisions.
  • Continuously refining talent strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, aligning efforts with market tends and data-driven insights.
  • Human Resource generalist duties.

What You Should Already Have:

  • 2+ years in recruiting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and sell opportunities to top talent
  • Highly adaptable and self-directed, with proactive approach to learning, problem solving and tackling new challenges.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and guide them in making strategic hiring decisions.
  • Results-driven work ethic with he ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and self-manage.
