The Recruiter plays a key role in executing hiring strategies for assigned requisitions, including operations, production, warehouse, and driver positions. Supporting senior recruiting leadership, this role manages requisitions, sources frontline candidates, coordinates hiring events, and ensures DOT-compliant processes for driver recruitment.
The Recruiter is also responsible for providing hiring metrics, time-to-fill reporting, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management to support operational staffing needs.
