The McGuire Group is looking to add a Recruiter to its team. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, helping connect talented candidates with meaningful career opportunities while supporting the organization's staffing goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding support
Maintain an active applicant pipeline within the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and candidate movement through the hiring process
Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support hiring decisions
Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure positions are actively managed and staffing needs are met
Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, entry-level, clinical, non-clinical, and hard-to-fill positions
Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, workforce trends, and recruitment opportunities
Support workforce development initiatives, clinical placements, internships, and community partnerships
Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, schools, colleges, and community outreach programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards while providing an exceptional candidate experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum experience requirement: 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; 2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
Strong recruiting, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
