Position Overview

SEV Laser is a premier national aesthetics brand with 70+ locations, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to drive our next era of growth. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting nationwide, acting as the key bridge between top talent and our expanding teams across corporate, clinical, and field operations.

Operating from a hybrid setup out of our Burbank, CA office, you will deliver a white-glove experience for candidates while managing multi-state hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage recruitment end-to-end across corporate, clinical, field operations, and administrative roles.
• High-Volume Sourcing: Drive multi-state hiring initiatives to keep pace with rapid clinic expansion.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a white-glove, high-touch candidate journey from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Data & Operations: Maintain meticulous pipeline data in our ATS and coordinate seamless offer-to-onboarding transitions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare, retail, or multi-unit/multi-location environment background preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Execution: Strong sourcing capabilities, candidate pipeline strategy, and a high-conviction closing approach.
• Agility: Ability to juggle multiple active roles with a high sense of urgency, organization, and accountability.
• Communication: Top-tier interpersonal skills with a commitment to white-glove candidate care and seamless manager follow-through.

• Location: Burbank, CA
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days remote)
