Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting activities for both technical and salary-based roles. Success in this role will be measured by the progressive achievement of defined onboarding and performance milestones within the first 30, 60, and 90 days. Responsibilities include job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, coordination of drug screenings, offer support, onboarding documentation, and ongoing engagement to ensure new hires successfully complete their 90-day introductory employment period.
