    Recruiter

    Standish Management is looking for a Recruiter to join our internal recruiting team with a focus on experienced hire roles. Experienced recruiting focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge and expertise to expanding the business practices. You will be responsible for executing high volume recruiting and attracting premier industry talent in this role. This position will partner with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and internal operations to work towards a robust recruitment process that will efficiently, and effectively, meet our growing talent needs and enhance the candidate experience. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and the full cycle hiring process.

    Responsibilities:
    • Recruit for multi-level positions in all markets; identify and attract outstanding talent through job posts, industry networking, referrals, and relationship building.
    • Consulting internal stakeholders on best practices/processes; Ability to create fresh ideas and new thinking for recruiting.
    • Educating the hiring team on effective interviewing techniques
    • Help manage and improve the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process with the assistance of ATS and other recruitment tools.
    • Partner with HR and Internal Stakeholders to optimize on-boarding and make improvements.
    • Coordinate with Staffing Leads to determine current and future hiring needs
    • Assist in building the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and those in the industry
    • Maintain job descriptions and postings on company career page
    • Identify and source candidates through online postings, reach-outs, professional networks, etc.
    • Coordinate with any external recruiters and facilitate interview process for externally sourced candidates
    • Facilitate the interview process for all internal referrals
    • Schedule and manage interview process, including performing initial phone screen, scheduling interviews (phone, virtual, onsite, remote) and facilitating the candidate debrief process
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter, full-cycle talent acquisition specialist, or similar role. Experience recruiting for candidates with alternative investments background is a plus
    • Bachelors Degree required
    • Strong communication across all mediums.
    • Ability to run the full interview processes
    • Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality
    • Experience working in an HR/Recruiting team environment – ability to multi-task and navigate through a multi-faceted organization
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Must be organized, able to independently prioritize, and multi-task.
    • Ability to work in a team atmosphere with all levels of staff.
    • Demonstrable computer knowledge including; Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and ATS's.
    • Team Player; Jumping in wherever is bandwidth is needed
    • Someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager-learner
    • Candidate must have the ability to meet stringent deadlines with a positive attitude, be solution oriented, resourceful, and have the flexibility to alter plans when required.
