Our client, a Software company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Chicago Tower, IL/Atlanta Tower, GA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Source, recruit and hire client professionals across a wide range of roles within our Go-to-market solution engineering and customer success groups
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Participate on the worldwide recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Build solid relationships with client leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets Partner with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree 4+ years recruiting experience, in an agency and/or in-house
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
  • Familiarity with technology markets
  • Ability to articulate the client value proposition and story to candidates
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
  • Experience recruiting for a growing technology company strongly preferred
