Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions across distribution, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and operations teams
• 
  
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and grassroots recruiting initiatives
• 
  
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• 
  
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle
• 
  
• Facilitate offer administration, onboarding processes, and pre-employment requirements
• 
  

Qualifications of the Recruiter

• 
  
• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• 
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• 
  
• Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• 
  
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• 
  
• Recruiting experience within distribution, warehouse, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial environments is highly preferred
•
