About the Job: Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic recruiter to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. You will be provided training to help you adapt, learn all about our company structure, model, and all the resources you need to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model. 

Location: 600 Getty Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011

Responsibilities:

• Meet the company’s agent recruitment goals
• Send emails to potential agents and consistently follow up
• Identify and recruit qualified real estate agents
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting activity and pipeline progress
• Keep accurate records of all candidate communication and follow-ups
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, talent acquisition, or recruiting
• Effective at using the computer and technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet goals & learn
• Located in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ area
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
  
  

Salary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
