Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Level Recruiter with a strong background in contracting experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:- Previous experience as a recruiter, with a focus on contracting roles.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Pay Range: $20-22/hr
