Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. Overview: The Employment Coordinator is responsible for providing a successful onboarding experience. This role is vital in securing a world class candidate and new hire onboarding experience while also ensuring compliance with Standards and Policies. This role is essential to executing critical onboarding activities, including I-9 verification, new hire orientation coordination, and maintaining accurate employee data within systems. These activities are time-sensitive, highly regulated, and gaps in execution can introduce compliance risks while negatively impacting the new hire experience. The Employment Coordinator will directly support operational stability by coordinating across onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements, and maintaining strong data integrity within HR systems. Additionally, the role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and external vendors to manage logistics, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on onboarding timelines and expectations. Responsibilities:
  • Provide a unified, positive onboarding journey that strengthens new hire readiness
  • Partner with TA to guarantee a smooth and positive first week
  • Analyze onboarding data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measure success
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving the onboarding experience and operational efficiency
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Deliver daily onboarding operations and provide direct support to new hires, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Execute onboarding workflows, identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and experience
  • Collaborate across HR functions to enable consistent processes and clear communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressive work experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Box, Zoom, Adobe, and EMP Trust
  • HR operations and compliance expertise, including hands-on experience with I-9 verification, E-Verify processes, and pre-employment requirements
  • Attention to detail and data integrity, through accurate management of employee records and HR systems
  • Project and time management skills, by coordinating multiple onboarding activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Customer service and communication skills, through direct interaction with candidates, new hires, recruiters, and hiring leaders
  • Cross-functional collaboration, partnering with HR, hiring teams, and external vendors
  • Process improvement and analytical skills, through tracking onboarding metrics and identifying efficiencies
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, customer service, multitasking and/or time management skills in a fast-paced, global organization
  • Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
