Who You Are:
Youre an established Recruiter, experienced in recruiting at all levels of the organization. You have the flexibility to recruit for multiple business lines, can set priorities, and can easily shift your focus between positions. You have experience coaching hiring managers, problem solving, and making independent decisions. Youre a continuous learner whos ready to work on a versatile team and stay up to date with recruiting guidelines, laws, and trends.

What Youll Do:
You will develop relationships with prospective candidates while nurturing ongoing relationships within the company. Youll carry out effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract a highly qualified, diverse pool of talent. As a collaborative partner, you will consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective candidate pipelines, and facilitate the selection process for a variety of positions.

Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides. We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor those phones. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to help dispatch local emergency services to people in distress. Its that simple, our employees help save lives every day.

Salary Description
