As a Recruiter you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, onboarding and hiring qualified Respite Care Providers. You'll collaborate with People Operation's and Care Operation's teams to meet staffing needs, represent Inland Respite at events, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with our mission.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment and onboarding process from sourcing through hire
• Review applications, source, screen, and interview Respite Care Provider candidates
• Coordinate candidate onboarding steps including background screenings, onboarding paperwork, and employment-related documentation
• Monitor candidate progress to ensure all onboarding requirements, hiring documents, and background screenings are completed accurately and timely
• Create, review, and process candidate offer letters to ensure employment details, pay rates, classifications, and work locations are accurate prior to distribution
• Process and hire candidates into ADP/Lyric once onboarding requirements have been completed
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and hiring documentation within WellSky, AcquireTM, and ADP/Lyric systems
• Communicate and partner with People Operations and Operations teams regarding candidate progress, onboarding status, staffing needs, and hiring updates
• Follow up with candidates regarding missing documentation, onboarding requirements, interview scheduling, and hiring timelines
• Represent Inland Respite at job fairs, community outreach events, and hiring initiatives
• Support recruitment-related projects, process improvements, and additional administrative tasks as assigned
• Disposition candidates appropriately and maintain organized recruitment workflow management
High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Office-based with travel to local events and service sites
Sitting for long periods, computer use, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Physical activity includes walking, bending, carrying supplies
May require occasional overtime or weekend work
