Recruiter

Kforce's client in Creve Coeur, MO is looking for a Corporate Recruiter for 3+ months.

Duties:

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates using consistent and effective selection practices
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and guide candidates through each stage of the process
• Extend verbal and written offers to candidates and facilitate any negotiations between candidate and hiring team
• Initiate background check and drug screen upon offer acceptance and ensure all onboarding tasks are complete before hire date
• Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal pipelines
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs
• Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Provide updates on candidate pipelines, timelines, and market conditions
• Offer input on candidate quality and hiring considerations
• Manage requisitions, candidate movement, and documentation within Workday Recruiting
• Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer coordination and pre-employment steps as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience
