Job Details:

Schedule: 8hrs

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 28 Week

Duties:

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop ongoing sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks.
• Leverage online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, and candidate management systems.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding talent availability and competitive market conditions.
• Calculate and negotiate offers in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct selection activities including phone interviews and reference checks.
• Promote diversity throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and meet established deadlines.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Years of experience: 3 years of recruiting experience required.
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Healthcare Recruiting, RN Recruiting - 1+ year required, Radiology / Allied Health Recruiting - preferred, Full-Cycle Recruiting
