Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand construction staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate future staffing needs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure job roles, skillsets, and industry requirements.
  • Showcase a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates for construction roles.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a results-driven approach to recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the infrastructure industry.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, software, and platforms to streamline hiring processes.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, job market changes, and best hiring practices.
