What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):
- Running the full recruiting cycle like a boss - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Writing job posts that don’t sound like every other one out there.
- Working closely with hiring managers (we promise, most of them are cool).
- Doing all the behind-the-scenes magic: background checks, I9s, E-Verify, drug screens - you know the drill.
- Keeping your candidate pipeline so full it makes your competitors nervous.
- Sharing market insights like the staffing wizard you are.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years in skilled trades or industrial recruiting - you’ve been in the trenches.
- A sixth sense for spotting top-tier talent.
- Strong interview and screening chops.
- You’re organized (like, you know where everything is… most of the time).
- Excellent communication - texting doesn’t count.
- Resume makeover skills that make candidates look as good on paper as they are in person.
- Bonus points if you know Avionté Bold.
- Microsoft Office? You’ve got it handled.
