Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and efficient Contract Recruiter for a contract opportunity support our talent acquisition needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the placement of candidates for a variety of crucial roles within our rail transportation operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including General Manager, Engineer/Conductor, Track Laborer, and Utility (general maintenance/versatile) roles. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications: - At least 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably with experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels. - Familiarity with different sourcing methodologies and platforms. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the transportation or related industries is a plus, but not required. - Ability to work on-site in Cherry Creek, CO. - Flexibility to undertake occasional travel, if needed.
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts in the range of $33/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
