The Recruiter is a key member of Snooze's Talent Management & Acquisition team and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our Restaurant Support Center and restaurant operations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management & Strategy, this role owns full-cycle recruiting for a variety of salaried and hourly positions, serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders throughout the organization. The Recruiter balances strategic talent acquisition initiatives with hands-on recruiting execution, helping ensure Snooze continues to grow while protecting the people-first experience and values that define who we are. This role thrives on building relationships, creating remarkable candidate experiences, leveraging recruiting technology, and finding innovative ways to connect great people with meaningful careers.Through partnership, influence, and execution, this position directly contributes to building the next generation of Snoozers and supporting Snooze's continued growth.
