Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track candidates and maintain recruiting metrics.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience (4+ years preferred).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
