Kett Engineering is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our team in San Jose, CA. You will be responsible for recruiting new associates, coordinating pre-employment activities, and assigning new hires to client job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with front end recruiting and hiring efforts
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Compile reports from personnel databases
- Review and update HR information system records
- Making phone calls to candidates / potential employees
- Setting interview appointments
- Booking employee travel
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Familiarity with recruiting and/or Human Resources preferred
- Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System.)
- Experience with MS Office
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
