Madison Davis is looking to bring on driven individuals early in their careers who want to build a long-term, high-earning career in recruiting and sales. No prior staffing experience is required.

What matters is work ethic, attitude, and the ability to communicate.

\n

This role offers a hands-on training program designed to teach you how to recruit, build relationships, and develop a book of business within Corporate and Investment Banking and Risk roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with clients to help them hire top talent
• \n
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels
• \n
• Managing the interview process from start to finish
• \n
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• \n
• Learning how to drive deals and generate revenue
• \n

• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferred: Exposure to Corporate and Investment Banking previously through degree or work
