We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support talent acquisition efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a strong workforce by identifying top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly production, skilled labor, and professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and workforce goals
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, outreach, and local talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide a positive candidate experience
- Manage offer processes, including communication of compensation details and onboarding steps
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates within the ATS
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics to support business goals
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment regulations
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, production, or similar industries
- Strong ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Experience hiring both hourly workforce and professional-level talent
- Familiarity with ADP Recruiting, ADP Workforce Now, or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
