OUR NEW ROLE

We are seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and operations roles — ensuring a smooth, efficient process for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You’ll be a trusted partner to the business, a collaborative teammate to Sourcers and Coordinators, and a consistent driver of quality delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process — from intake through offer — while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean. You’ll work closely with Sourcers and Coordinators to keep the process moving and the experience high.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business

• Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage

• Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS

Hiring Manager Partnership & Team Collaboration

• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations

• Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively

• Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Technical & Functional Skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers

• Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load

• Team-first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high-performing delivery team

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

• Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000 depending on experience
