Location: Near Santa Monica, CA

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Pay: Up to $45/hour

A well-established organization in the entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume and professional hiring initiatives. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from candidate sourcing through offer stages

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Maintain accurate candidate information, recruiting activity, and status updates within the ATS

• Manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities

• Support recruiting reporting, tracking, and administrative activities

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Entertainment, media, or similarly fast-paced industry experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday through Friday, fully onsite near Santa Monica

Contract Rate: Up to $45/hour

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
