Recruiter (Flexible Remote role, Commission-Only)

The role in one line: You vet candidates and manage them through the process. We bring the open roles, companies, and tools.

What we provide

• A candidate outreach system already in place — no need to source from scratch.
  
• Sourcing, tracking, and organization tools.
  
• Clear direction on roles, requirements, and handoffs.
  

What you will do

• Review candidate responses and resumes.
  
• Run short vetting calls to assess fit and availability.
  
• Manage candidate updates, scheduling, follow-up, and handoffs.
  
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and moving.
  

Compensation

Commission only: 20% of each placement fee, with a minimum $2,000 payout per placement.

This is an independent-contractor, fully remote role with flexible hours. It does not involve client development, cold calling, or sourcing list building.
