Recruiter

Adecco is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Internal Recruiter to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position begins as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Position Summary

As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and partner closely with Branch leadership to ensure recruiting goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client positions.

• Maintain and develop talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting databases.

• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on client requirements.

• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding activities, pre-employment screenings, and new hire documentation.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.

• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with client program teams and Branch leadership to understand workforce needs.

• Meet recruiting metrics and hiring deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
