Do you know how to find great drivers and keep them engaged through the hiring process? We're looking for an experienced Transportation Recruiter who understands the trucking industry and has a proven track record of recruiting both CDL drivers and independent contractors.

What You'll Do:



  • Source, recruit, and onboard CDL-certified drivers and independent contractors.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driving candidates.

  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process while ensuring a positive experience.

  • Screen applicants, verify qualifications, and coordinate required documentation.

  • Partner with operations to meet hiring goals and keep trucks moving.


What We're Looking For:



  • Previous recruiting experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry.

  • Experience recruiting both CDL drivers and owner-operators/independent contractors.

  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, driver qualification requirements, and onboarding processes.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
