In this highly visible role, you'll partner with hiring leaders, execute strategic staffing plans, support high-volume hiring initiatives, and travel to hiring events where on-the-spot offers are often made.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for airport and operations-focused rolesPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring prioritiesConduct detailed intake sessions to align on role requirements and expectationsSource talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking strategiesTravel to domestic hiring events multiple times per month, including occasional weekendsGuide hiring managers on behavioral interviewing and best hiring practicesFacilitate the selection process while ensuring legal and effective interviewing standardsMaintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycleTrack and report on recruiting metrics, SLAs, and KPIsMaintain accurate applicant records within SuccessFactors or enterprise ATS systemsCollaborate with vendors, legal, labor teams, and recruiting stakeholdersParticipate in recurring business meetings to discuss hiring strategy and operational updatesRequired Qualifications2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience with high-volume recruiting environmentsStrong experience with recruiting metrics, SLAs, and KPIsExperience sourcing niche talent using LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with SuccessFactors or enterprise ATS systems (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, operational environmentAirline industry experience strongly preferredExperience organizing or supporting hiring events is a plus
