Salary: $55,000–$62,000
Location: Hybrid – Framingham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
About the Role
Are you passionate about connecting mission-driven professionals with meaningful work? As a Recruiter at Advocates, you’ll play a key role in helping build teams that support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges across Massachusetts.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused recruiting role where you’ll manage full-cycle hiring for a variety of human services positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and create a positive, engaging candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma/GED Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment or as a hiring manager, along with strong knowledge of interviewing, screening, and hiring best practices.
